New Era are delighted to welcome Watford defender Bayli Spencer-Adams to the team. 

19-year-old Bayli has spent time in the youth set-ups at West Ham United and Tottenham. He completed his scholarship with Arsenal FC, before making the switch to the Hornets in July 2019. 

Bayli is captain for Watford’s under-23s side and trains regularly with the First Team. He made his senior debut in January 2020 in an FA Cup tie against Tranmere Rovers. 

A strong, physical defender, Bayli is comfortable with the ball at his feet and is a natural leader and communicator on the pitch.
