Simon Grayson named Sunderland AFC manager

New Era are proud to announce that Simon Grayson has been named as the new manager of Sunderland AFC. 

Simon has put pen to paper on a three-year deal at the Stadium of Light and brings a vast amount of football experience to the job at hand. He has taken charge with over 600 games as a manager. 

On his appointment he said “I am delighted to come to Sunderland, a club with such wonderful history and tradition, and I’m excited by the opportunity to manage this club and I want to bring the good times back.

Simon has also been joined at the club by his assistant, Glynn Snodin. They will both meet up with the squad tomorrow before their up coming pre-season trip to Austria.

Everyone at New Era is delighted for both Simon and Glynn, we look forward to watching them at their new club and wish them the very best for the season ahead!
